We encourage the proper wearing and use masks, We also encourage proper hand washing techniques, using warm water, soap, and vigorous scrubbing for at least 20 seconds.
We encourage the use of hand-sanitizer when hand washing facilities are not available.
We request understanding when interacting with those who chose to either wear a mask or not wear a mask.
We encourage coughing or sneezing into the inside of the elbow when necessary.
We encourage understanding when attendees seek to maintain social distancing.
We feel these measures can help minimize the spread of all viruses and hope we can all have a happy and healthy event.
